It's hard to find fault with this hotel. They made us feel like a million dollars. From the beautiful architectural and interior design throughout the hotel, everything spotlessly clean, top class service from the moment you drive to the entrance to the moment you leave, amazing choice and quality of breakfast and dinner buffet items. Lots of thoughtful extras free of charge - beach bag, flip flops, constant bottles of water in your room, afternoon refreshments drink at the sunbeds. Prices of drinks and lunches in the bars was very reasonable. Management were visible throughout our stay, making sure everything ran like clockwork and everywhere scrupiously clean. There is so much space and private areas around the hotel and grounds that it never felt busy. Beach boys did a great job managing beds. This is a top class hotel.

Renovated in May 2015, Park Plaza Arena Pula is surrounded by a fragrant pine forest just 50 metres from the Adriatic coast.

I wanted to express my great satisfaction following my recent stay at the Hotel. Breakfast every morning was a real pleasure. The variety of options offered was impressive, catering perfectly to different diets. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit, homemade pastries and the different hot options. The service was quick and friendly, and the dining room was always spotlessly clean and welcoming. My room was a haven of peace. Extremely clean and well maintained, it offered all the necessary comfort. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after busy days. I also appreciated the little details, like the quality toiletries and the fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The sound insulation was excellent, ensuring a calm and serene environment. The hotel swimming pool was a real asset. Always clean and well maintained, it offered a perfect relaxation space. I really appreciated the opportunity to relax by the pool after a day of sightseeing. The location of the Hotel is simply impeccable. Located by the sea, easy to reach major tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The proximity to public transportation was also very convenient. In summary, my stay at the Hotel exceeded all my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and attention to detail. I highly recommend your establishment and I will happily return during my next visit to the region.
