Our family stay was comfortable. The resort is very green, clean and perfect for a leisure stay. The location is good that the main attractions are closeby. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, clean toilets, and a spacious balcony. The food was of good quality and taste with a spread of options to choose for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The resort had several planned complimentary activities for fun. The highlight of the resort is the service. The staff is very welcoming, courteous, polite and kind (Special mention to some of the members who made our stay comfortable: Jabil, Ashraf, Atif, Pooja) The staff go over and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Highly recommend this place. We would love to visit again soon :)

This place is exceptional. The staff and service really goes out of the way to treat you. The service, the taste the authenticity in swadesh and the assortment at Terra cotta for all inclusive people . The staff always is looking to provide you that extra support and service to make your stay most comfortable. Initially I was hesitant looking at the reviews about service. But I must say it's amazing and opposite to what's in the reviews. The most amazing and comforting service I had... I enjoyed my stay and thank you everyone for making it amazing !

Nice & delicious breakfast spread out. Good personal care by all the waiters to serve us piping hot food. Good advice by Adalat & Zail for the dinner menu & sightseeing at Girnar. Thanks to the GM of Taj Gir Serai -Rajeev Chandran for helping us for the safari and receptionist (Asim Maity). Highly recommended stay. This place is just 2 mins from the safari booking. Beautifully nestled inside the forest. Feels like a homestay for relaxation. All the staff were extremely warm and polite.
