Really liked this hotel. Very clean, modern and stylish designed room with a balcony. Super friendly atmosphere and hotel staff. Delicious and high quality breakfasts. Variety of drinks at the hotel bar and swimming pool with thermal water that works till 00.00. Excellent location of the hotel!

The reception staff were so kind and helpful and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The cleaning staff were also brilliant. Excellent location, beautiful streets to explore and the thermal pools at the hotel were gorgeous. Also great room, with a kettle, fridge and cute balcony. Excellent hotel, polite attentive staff, such as my breakfast and dinner waitress Jacqueline. Loved her attitude to me and other guests and her professionalism. The reception was always attentive to my requests too, thank you. Loved the cleaning of the room (519) by a very pleasant maid. Clean pools, beautiful grounds, free bike hire every day. Breakfast was monotonous but tasty and sufficient. There was always a variety of fruit. Excellent dinner menu. There was not a single repeat during the week and the food was very tasty, thanks to the chefs.

We had a wonderful stay with my spouse at Hotel Terme Venezia for the first time. It was a great experience overall. The room was exceptionally clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The room itself was modern with a nice terrace and adequate space, and the bathroom was new and very clean. Although we didn't use the sauna and massage services, we enjoyed the hot indoor and outdoor pools, which were fantastic. The bar next to the pool was also intelligently designed, and we enjoyed the afternoon tea and herbal tea. Dinner was decent, and breakfast was okay, although the quality was slightly lower compared to the other hotel amenities. However, the exceptional service from the restaurant staff made up for it, especially Mrs. Rossella, who enhanced our dining experience. Upon check-in, we were fortunate to be welcomed by Mrs. Roberta, who checked us in and provided us with all the necessary information. The parking was also convenient, which made our arrival by car very easy. Overall, everything was excellent, and the high level of professionalism from staff like Rossella and Roberta made any minor issues insignificant. Congratulations to this hotel for having such exceptional employees
