Serena was a fantastic host. She put her heart and soul into it and was very well organised. The small hotel has been designed both inside and outside with many details and individual designs to make it a great place. Everything worked perfectly, the breakfast is fresh and varied. We also tried the 6-course menu & can recommend this without hesitation. The view over the city is magnificent, both from the terrace and from the Jacuzzi. Thank you very much for these very relaxing & delicious days!

Good value for money, apartment size and equipment, cleanliness. A good starting point for exploring Cinque Terre. One note - the apartment is located near the La Spezia Migliarina station - it is not the main station in La Spezia, but it takes a few minutes to get there by train.

We had an amazing stay! The place is incredibly spacious, beautifully maintained, and has everything you could possibly need—spa, sauna, jacuzzi, pool, BBQ, huge TV, and a large bathroom. Parking is easy, and everything feels thoughtfully arranged. It’s just a 2-minute walk to the village, which is small but charming, with a bar that has stunning bay views and unforgettable sunsets. There’s also a lovely local shop with fresh produce, cured meats, and delicious cheese. Ricardo was an excellent host—super responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

We were met at the train after a long trip from Australia, Breakfast was all we could ask for. Veronica was a great host - restaurant bookings. Sunset boat cruises, transfers to the train etc etc. Nothin was too much trouble. A relaxing spa, steam room ,sauna. - more than we expected and made our stay.

Overlooking Lerici Bay, Hotel Shelley e delle Palme, BW Signature Collection features a spa and panoramic sun terrace with beach access.

I'm rating it 10 not because it's perfect, but because it was fit for our purpose. We had half pension and enjoyed the dinner and the breakfast. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. Yes, the rooms are old, but ours had everything we needed and everything worked. There's no parking at the hotel (and that we already knew when booking), but we used the public parking (walking distance from the hotel) that was suggested at 7 euros for 24 hours.
