We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, since it offered everything we would want to have and was overall a very clean and comfortable place for a reasonable price situated right in the center. The owner was also a very nice and friendly person.

The hotel is located in the mountains, in a quiet and gorgeous village. The place itself is amazing, the view is breathtaking, the rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The spa area is well worth the extra 10 Euros / person. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious and there's a whole section of gluten free food if you so desire. I can only recommend the hotel and would definetly return!

We came for one day and it was the best place, we had wonderfull stay. The staff was very kindly, the apartment was so stylish and the view was excellent. Restaurant near the lake was so good. We enjoy every minute in this complex and for sure want to come back.

We booked very late in the evening but the host organised everything very quickly. Livio just is the best host you can wish during your stay in Como. The room was very clean and cosy. We still cannot believe what we saw, the view is just breathtaking. Waking up to a wonderful lake of Como, sounds of birds, in the middle of mother nature. We bought some lemons and limes from the garden of Livio’s. We immediately started to organise our next stay before leaving. This place is a piece from heaven..
