Probably the best place I've ever stayed, the rooms are beautiful with very cozy interior design that feels homely. The facilities all work well and you feel like you're living in a very expensive apartment building. The outside area has beautiful greenery with exceptional views with a short staircase down to the lake where you can find souvenier shops, restaurants, etc. Gianpaulo is the friendliest host I've ever come across, he greeted us very shortly after we arrived and helped us with our bags. He showed us the room and then left us be for the whole week. If you want complete freedom and privacy in an absolutely gorgeous setting, this is the place to stay. Definitely coming back here!

I have accidentally walked in the reception a day earlier, they have offered me the only room available which was a suite at an outrageous price , they have made my stay a dream and my wife really enjoyed it

The room had a large sheltered balcony with a view of the lake. The car park under the hotel is convenient in a town with such little space. The breakfast has an enormous selection of things to eat.

It was just perfect! The staff is so friendly and helpful with all questions, it’s just an exceptional service. We were upgraded with a room, we got the room with the biggest terrace. The view was incredible😍 My hisband had birthday during our stay and hotel gifted us with a bottle of prosecco. It was so nice! If you ever will be in Lago di Garda - stay at this hotel, you will not regret.

The whole package was super. The view was exceptional and the little deck was a treat. The pool was huge and amply suppplied with umbrellas and comfy chairs. Breakfast was super, great quality and diverse array. The location was in a lovely spot to hike from as well

My mum and I have been on a massive trip around Europe, and this was hands down our favourite hotel. Firstly, it’s beautiful, in a lovely quiet little location a bit up from the beach. Extremely welcoming staff. My mum is in a wheelchair which I forgot to state on my booking (just an FYI, the hotel itself is wheelchair accessible, not it isn’t when getting up to it, but they do have hotel rooms outside of the hotel down the little streets. Katya mentioned that she will look into sorting this for future guests, so it’s accessible for all), Katya worked hard to help us move rooms, and offered to take money off it as we were getting a much smaller room which worked out fine for us. She designed the rooms herself and all are different, they are so beautifully designed and smell GORGEOUS. YOU NEED to eat at the restaurant, Genti, the chef is just so talented. You can tell he loves what he does. He can *really* cook and I can understand why the restaurants is always fully booked, so definitely book ahead. I wanted to take him home and be my personal chef 😉, really nice breakfast choices too, which they brought to our room! Katya was also very knowledgable about the best places to go for a wheelchair users, etc.
