The location is marvellous, perfect for a few quiet days to enjoy the pool, the view and some delicious dinners! We mostly planned daytrips to several towns and other attractions in the region and found a great "homebase" at Poggiarello to relax afterwards. We will definetly be back :)

We had an incredible stay! 10/10 would recommend if you want a cute, authentic and beautiful Tuscan spa stay. The residence has an incredible story behind it & being walked through the property by the director was a great touch. The staff were accommodating and friendly and the chef Francesca delivers authentic, healthy and hands down some of best food we had through out Italy. The views from the villa are spectacular. From the pool it’s like looking at postcard- booking.com photos don’t do it justice. The rooms are beautiful and cosy and we received an upgrade which really took our stay to the next level. The breakfast / dinner rooms are stunning with warmer days being hosted outside by candle light. We specifically booked this place for the spa and massage facilities and although it’s $$ we felt it was worth it.

Whether walking through the gardens, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying a quiet moment under the trees, there’s a sense of stillness that feels both grounding and luxurious. It’s a place where time slows down – in the best possible way. The team at Locanda Le Piazze deserves the highest praise. The staff were exceptionally warm, professional, and always went the extra mile with a genuine smile. There’s a special kind of hospitality here – a perfect blend of attentiveness and heart that made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. Our room was beautiful – spacious, serene, and tastefully furnished, with every comfort thoughtfully considered. And the food? Exquisite. Every dish we had was a celebration of flavor, quality, and creativity. Dining here is an experience in itself. We’re deeply grateful to the entire team for making our stay so memorable.
