The receptionist (female) was very kind, unfortunately I didn't remember her name. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the price is reasonable, the hotel really deserves 4 stars, which is not always the case in Italy. All praise!

The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the stay and went above and beyond. Delivered a lovely cheese platter to the room after the restaurant had closed. Were always super polite and kind as well as helpful with local recommendations.

Very impressed with the attention we got. I traveled with my sister who is in bad health. We got assigned an appartement on 2 nd floor and lots of stairs. Almost impossible for her. Next day the owner and Valerio at front desk had an apartment for us at ground level right by the pool. We were so grateful and happy. Service was impeccable for our situation all our needs were met. Dinner was brought up to us in first nite so my sister did not have to go down all the stairs All in all a very great stay Will definitely recommend this hotel

Beautiful and well located Hotel with nice views, well decorated bedrooms, nice swimming pool and spa services, and a really excellent breakfast. Staff was kind and helpful, especially the housekeeping and breakfast staff. The Reception front staff could show more courtesy.

Experience fine Umbrian cooking and comfortable classically furnished rooms in this country estate, renovated into a 4-star hotel and set near the A1 ring road outside the city of Perugia.

It is located in the beautiful city, that you probably would not go to see. It was very modern, clean and spacious. You have breakfast served in the apartment, previous night you choose what you want and sent it to the host. Host was so nice and welcoming, she responded very fast and was very helpful. For breakfast if you let her in advance she provides vegan options, so that was perfect. We forgot to let her know in advance, but she still managed to get us a plant based milk. Thank you for that! Parking is near, 3 minutes away, it if for free and outside the ZTL.

The breakfast was incredible. There were many fresh fruit juices to try, as well as an assortment of baked goods. You could get hot, fresh eggs and cappuccinos, too.

A villa of the 18th century, Borgobrufa Spa Resort is located on the hill 4 km from Torgiano. It offers a free spa, panoramic views of the Umbrian countryside and a gourmet restaurant.

The rooms were fairly small but clean, cozy, and extremely comfortable. The spa facilities were excellent, especially the heated indoor-outdoor pool, though the massages were quite average compared to other spa resorts we've visited. The food and wine selection at the resort were outstanding, and the views across the property were truly impressive. I would definitely return if I ever visit that area of Italy again. Also remember to call the resort before booking as some rooms are far from the property and some are inside the property.
