we had a late arrival, and Renaldo was very helpful at 11pm. Served us beer in the sitting room, answered all of our questions, etc.Traveling with our 86 yr. old aunt and uncle, they loved it as well. We were surprised that the 8 tables of food being served at brunch was still available after 11 am. It was delicious! We will always stay there when raveling to Italy!

It is located in the beautiful city, that you probably would not go to see. It was very modern, clean and spacious. You have breakfast served in the apartment, previous night you choose what you want and sent it to the host. Host was so nice and welcoming, she responded very fast and was very helpful. For breakfast if you let her in advance she provides vegan options, so that was perfect. We forgot to let her know in advance, but she still managed to get us a plant based milk. Thank you for that! Parking is near, 3 minutes away, it if for free and outside the ZTL.

The breakfast was incredible. There were many fresh fruit juices to try, as well as an assortment of baked goods. You could get hot, fresh eggs and cappuccinos, too.

Gorgeous property overlooking Perugia and the gorgeous vineyards and hills of Umbria. The spa and its services were top notch and the staff made sure we had a wonderful and relaxing stay. We loved the outdoor hot tub in our room. This hotel and stay was the highlight of our trip to Italy!
