At the end of a Tuscany tour this was a lovely and peaceful setting in the heart of Chianti with some great views overlooking the vines, amazing food in the restaurant and some exceptional wines complete with a wine tasting and wine shop so we could return with some of the amazing Antinori wines from our trip. Staff such as Annalise were super nice looking after us and hosting our wine tasting. The receptionist also gave some great advice to visit Badia a Passignano which was a great way to spend our last morning too.

The whole property was quite amazing. All of the staff that I was involved with was super friendly and open. The room was very cozy, the breakfast was nice and the view was unbelievable.

Very pleasant place in the hills of Tuscany. Comfortable rooms and very good breakfast. Views from the rooms and around the hotel are beautiful! It was our idea to stay in some interesting place when visiting Florence, it is some distance from city center but no problem with a car, and you drive some really great roads.

The breakfast is great, a lot of choices and the food delicious! The ubication is fantastic. Most important places are walking near from La Gemma. But the best of all is the people working at La Gemma, always trying to be helpful and kind. All of us my wife and our friends felt like home. Unfortunately, we had to leave to continue our travel!

Great hotel I loved it, very elegant, a lot of attention for details, very clean, very comfortable mattress, breakfast with everything you can wish, good coffee. Safe parking. Impressive SPA for only 23 rooms. Very kind and polite staff and very useful! Taking in consideration that I am working in hospitality industry I only can congratulate the management of this hotel! Service and facilities are awesome. Location is great. Near to the historic centre (10/15 minutes walking), and close to a supermarket and a broad selection of restaurants. Breakfast is great, with fresh fruit and good products.
