It was one of the best stays we have ever experienced. I would like to give most of my credits to the staff: the whole customer journey from booking to the good bye was perfect. Literally every single person was nice to us. Greetings to Giada and Olga from reception, Ellia (not sure about spelling) from the bar, and ladies from breakfast service. The room was very nice, clean and big enough. The whole area is created for relaxing vacations. Furthermore, the food and wines - another big reason to come to the villa

The most incredible hotel/utopia! Castelfalfi is like it’s own little village with a hotel in the middle, there’s a restaurant a short walk away, a wine bar, shops and pizza shop. In the main hotel there’s a restaurant, spa, indoor pool, outdoor pool, bar, kids club (provide lunch for the kids). It’s truly the most incredible property, there’s a winery and golf course with golf club nearby. The golf club have amazing food and the course itself my husband enjoyed playing! The kids club is a two story building full of interactive toys and staffed with caring educators, there is an outdoor playground where the kids play, you can use the kids club from 10am-7pm. They provided lunch for the girls each day and dinner at our request at 5pm. Our girls loved it. The most incredible service and the staff make this place. Shout out to Benjamin, Bradley, Gemma, Beatrice & Eliza & all the incredible housekeeping staff.

The stay in Alessandra's accommodation was simply exceptional. We fell in love with this house at first sight. It is a completely new and tastefully decorated house. Its decoration is beautiful in every small detail, as if it was decorated by a professional interior decorator. The quality of all items and accessories is at the highest level. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you need and even more. An additional advantage is the spa, with a sauna and jacuzzi. Alessandra is an excellent hostess and the contact with her was also very good. We loved the whole stay, which became even more wonderful thanks to staying in this beautiful house. It's the perfect place to have a rest after a noisy city. Good location with a maximum 1-hour destination time to get to Pisa or another interesting place in Toscana by car. Very helpful stuff, a good restaurant, excellent breakfast, great pool. I definitely can recommend visiting this place.

A beautiful and simple family-run hotel nestled in the Tuscan hills that was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The rooms were excellent, breakfasts were delicious and the staff were so welcoming, especially the owner, who really went above and beyond to make our stay really special!
