We stayed only for 1 night at the beggining on October, but it was a great time spent here. The place is cozy, also very private, have beautiful suroundings and nice staff. Restaurant was also amazing. Also very convenient if you would like to visit Florence, because it's not far, 30 minutes by car.

From the moment we entered it was five star service. At checkin Adel, Tamara and Nicolo were very cordial. The views of the river and beautiful hills made it hard to look away. Very friendly staff, beautiful old water mill transformed into a luxury hotel. The view on the Arno is amazing. The shuttle busses were very practical, because parking in Florence is very limited. The spa was also nice to try. We were very satisfied.

The stuff was very professional and friendly. People on reception helped us with our bags after the check out let us leave the car on the hotel parking so we can enjoy our wine tasting even gave us umbrella when it was raining! Top of the top!!

What a great place! Parking on the street was easy and safe. The home is lovely and charming! My 10-y-o son adored the turtle. The kitchen was well-stocked and easy to work in. It was perfect for our family of 4.
