Location -amazing near the center and you have a lake view! Rooms are really clean and nice. Some of them are a bit small but that is not a problem. Really tasty breakfast! With italian sweets, also a vegan section! Parking is free and its right outside! Spa is small but very clean and tidy! 2 saunas and a salt room! I will deff. Recomend this hotel to others! Also its dog friendly! Tnx

This hotel was like a dream! Beautiful lemon and olive tree garden. Spa facilities super and very relaxing space. Big shout out to reception staff for sorting a change of room for balcony lake and poolside view even though the hotel was full the staff managed this request with so much efficiency and helpfulness. This hotel was perfect. Also staff in poolside bar and bistro very friendly and looked after us so well. We hope very much we can return to this wonderful hotel. Restaurant staff very good too and lovely breakfasts 👍👍👍

Great hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast. Wonderful SPA center with kind staff. I had a great massage. Only thing I did not like was check in at reception and the receptionist who instead of answering my 2 simple questions, When does breakfast start and How do we book the SPA told me to scan the QR code and read for myself.. Not what you would expect from a hotel of this standard..

the team is great! speak so many languages this is impressive! always a nice and funny word to our kids who really enjoyed their time their! great breakfast and a great spa area, wellness pool is really comfortable and super well positioned. walking distance from the historical center, with a broad choice of restaurants and shops. the view from the hotel is great!

The hotel exceeded our expectations with a great room, friendly staff who delivered a bottle of bubbly and nibbles for my husbands birthday, compliments on the house. The breakfast was fantastic and the piece de resistance was the complimentary spa. Really recommend this hotel, in the most stunning location inside the castle walls, a slice of luxury whether just for one night or longer.

Room was great, had a balcony with table, chairs and 2 sunloungers and a parasol stand. Very attentive staff who helped with any queries. Loved the bar deck area, had quite a few drinks there just relaxing and watching the happenings on the lake, pure joy. The spa was fabulous, brilliant staff, had a massage there too, skin feels very soft, a must do activity for hotel guests.
