Everything: - first thing the staff, Probably one of the best staff in the hotels I have stayed in. Constantly attentive, saying hello to all customers, always smiling from receptions to the chef. The view from the room was incredible. The apartment itself was very neat and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped. Lorenzo who lives and works onsite was extremely helpful answering any questions we had.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were incredible - hope they get a nice end of season bonus ;) everyone was so happy to help, and the manager greeted everyone every morning - visitors and staff alike, which I really appreciated.

My stay at this hotel in the mountains was nothing short of magical. The breathtaking scenery and views were unforgettable. The rooms were beautiful and charming. Warm and friendly hospitality. The spa was a bonus. It made the whole experience even more special. An absolute gem. I can't wait to return!
