The location is exceptional. The hotel has a lovely garden with sunbeds, direct access to the lake where you can swim or use a paddleboard (available at the hotel), and the view from the garden is fantastic. You can see the whole Bay and the St. Giovanni Island is so close. Other islands are within reach (rented boat or "public transportation ferry" from village (10 min walk maximum). There are premium rooms have the lake view / we had "street view" and were a bit afraid that it would be noisy / was not at all. We were lucky with the weather and were outside on the sunbeds / however, there is indoor swimming pool as well.

A Beautiful hotel in quiet surroundings, the staff were all amazing and had a great knowledge of English. The facilities were top-notch notch and the breakfast was great. Nothing bad to say, everything was so good. The fact they included dinner and wine in the price was such a bonus.

The Lago Maggiore remains one of the most unsettling places in Europe. The gate opens, your car slowly drives down a gravel driveway, shaded by century-old trees, and the house appears, poised, facing a breathtaking scenery. The architectural terrace, overhanging, offers you this incredible view that you can enjoy from different perspectives, sitting on a bench, or in armchairs, hammocks or smiling blissfully in the modern outdoor jacuzzi. All the facilities are top of the line and explained by Sylvia in detail upon your arrival. Like on a ‘Carte du Tendre’, you can pick shady or sunny spots, isolated or close by, but always carefully thought out. The private wellness room on the ground floor includes all instruments and accessories: saunas, tropical showers, elliptical bike, massage chairs, etc. Later, going up to the small perched space that is dedicated to you (as long as you want to spend an exceptional moment, put the cursor at the maximum), you will find yourself in the middle of the vegetation, still enjoying the view, grandiose, from a small chalet, in a bright space optimized with taste. A fire in the wood stove, two flutes of Prosecco and gentle music will follow. Beautiful hotel in an excellent location on the lakeside in Stresa. Views to die for! Just short stroll to lots of restaurants. The swimming pool at the lakeside was gorgeous with plenty of sunbeds . The Sky bar, with its gorgeous views, was the perfect place to start an evening and , later on, finish the evening!
