All was perfect from the welcome to the end of the stay. Room service was excellent and the breakfast rich and abundant.

The place is amazing. It's like a castle, but so warm and welcoming. The owner is really nice and helpful, and the lady who serves the breakfast was so kind. The room was clean, the food was delicious, especially the coffee! We really liked the breakfast terrace and the swimming pool was the best! The residence is picturesque and we'll be back for sure! The location is awesome, near the city but it's quiet and relaxing.

The appartment is 5 minutes from the centre of town. They have elevator, tv in both rooms, washing mashine in kitchen, everything very clean and new.

Everything was super clean and the stuff was really nice - especially the waitress Greta at the dinner!! We can only recommend this hotel. They have answered all of our questions really quickly and accurately. For the price it was a really good stay.

When we stayed here in 2003 we were sure we had to come here again. Last year we were already surprised by Pierro's friendly hospitallity. You could see this was more then a B&B. Te eye for detail was vissible in both the accomodiation and service. This year this expectation was even exceeded. Due to an accident we had to go to the hospital. The family Valle really helped us out in every way they could. They even arranged a wheelchair. Although our holliday was a bit spoiled by the accident they made us almost forget about this. Yes, we'll be back in 2025.

I rarely write reviews, but I am overwhelmed with emotions, so I can’t keep them in myself and I want to share with everyone! For two weeks I was in six hotels in Italy from the north of the country to the very south and back! And the road has brought me here! I booked a hotel for one night on June 8, but I'm still here and don't want to leave at all! This is an incredible place, there are not enough words to describe the atmosphere of this place! As for physical comfort, this place has everything for everyone: - the rooms are equipped with everything you need without exception: refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, excellent internet, towels, toiletries, comfortable beds; - free parking with charging for electric vehicles; - bicycles for rent; - excellent cuisine (breakfast and dinner for an additional fee, prepared from products grown on our own farm); - incomparable wine of own production; - swimming pool with sun loungers with the ability to place them under the trees and be in the shade; - a large area with a football field, a volleyball court, a tennis table, a swing and a slide for children; - places for outdoor recreation. I may have forgotten to list something, but believe me, there is absolutely everything here! But the most important thing that is here is sincere owners and wonderful staff! It is they who create here comfort and an unsurpassed spiritual atmosphere! You have not yet had time to think about what you would like, but you already have it! The support and sincerity of these people is beyond any estimate in numbers! Due to the fact that the big heart of these people is invested in this place, the same kind, lovely people of absolutely different nationalities rest here and everyone here feels at home and in a friendly atmosphere! I envy you in advance if you manage to visit this excellent place❤️ And I hope that someday I will have the opportunity to return to this heavenly place on earth🫶 Boundless gratitude for everything to Federico🥰
