The staff was extremely welcoming. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We loved the decoration of the hotel which makes it very personal. The breakfast was small but had all you needed, sweet and savory, even Nutella. We had a car and it was a short drive to Petra. There is a free parking on site.

Very helpful staff and available for any help or inquiry! They provided us all the useful info related to reaching Petra and the best way to see around even we didn’t book the transport through them. Clean and nice rooms. Very near to the center with many shops for any necessities near by.

very nice and quiet hotel very close to the entrance to Petra. Everything was super clean and the room big and we could really warm up in the winter time. Everything looked new and very well maintained. The breakfast had a great selection of everything. Staff was friendly. Such a nice little hotel next to giants next door.

Customer service was exceptional. A special mention to the Chef for going above and beyond to support my dietary requirements (he asked my partner what I liked and then surprised me with wonderful food both at breakfast and dinner). The rooms are full of character. The facilities are really good. It was the best place we stayed in Jordan. Petra is 10 minutes drive away but easy to get to and park and to get back from.
