Well equipped bathroom. Free access to Fujiyama Onsen (used almost every day) and Fuji Q park (access 30 min before opening). Many eating places around. Don Quijote across the street. Great place to relax and visit Mt Fuji (15 min walk to bus stop to Subaru 5th station for Yoshida trail). The staff are all nice, helpful, and cheerful. Facilities are all amazing and thoughtful. The entire villa/camping unit is spacious. We especially like their bed and pillows, not soft, making us sleep like a baby. We stayed for two nights. They also changed dinner menu, which was very thoughtful and very appreciated too!

One of the nicest hotels as ever stayed at. Incredible location and unforgettable view of Mt Fuji, the room was absolutely amazing, with our private sauna and private onsen. We wished we would have stayed one more day at least. Get the room with the private onsen, it’s worth it!

Literally everything !! The location was beyond beautiful. The onsen is an absolute must visit. The view from the restaurant was incredible. Rooms were big, comfy and clean. Absolute pleasure staying there.

Honestly, everything. The room was very big and super new, with an impressive view of Mount Fuji that you could enjoy from the bed or while taking a bath in the bathtub. Towels, pillows, bed wear and toiletry were of extreme quality. The hotel swimming pool is also very nice and they have several restaurants to cater every taste. We are surely going to come back.
