Excellent place, great spa, wonderful reclining area, an area where you can talk freely (rare for Japanese hotels), wonderfully friendly staff, was so happy to have got to spend 1 week here, only wish it had been for 10! Free drinks vouchers too!

Very good location. Located near JR station. Safe area and not too noisy. The hotel is new and well-maintained. Bathroom has separated wet and dry area. The room size is adequate rather spacious compared to typical Japanese hotels.

Location is superb. It opens to a shopping street and so nearby konbini and restaurants. Room is spacious and allowed adjoining room for a family of 5. FREE drinks and snacks in the ounge area was so inviting and real value for money. Staff is super helpful all the time
