This was truly fantastic. I appreciate that even during the low season and with just a few guests in the hotel, everything worked perfectly, and all the staff was present. Excellent food for both breakfast and dinner with many options. Nice clean room, friendly welcome,... Everything was great.

Phenomenal 😍 Experience – A Stay to Remember! We had the most incredible experience at this hotel, and it truly exceeded 💯our already high expectations! We were celebrating both our anniversary and my fiancée’s birthday, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it special. From the beautiful surprises they prepared for us, we felt genuinely valued and celebrated—something we will always be grateful for. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly 🫶🏾 welcomed with a refreshing drink and snacks at the reception. The staff not only greeted us with smiles but also took the time to give us a tour of the property and explain how everything works, which we truly appreciated. The buffet breakfast and dinner were absolutely amazing—so many delicious options to choose from, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The restaurant staff were kind, attentive, and always made sure we were comfortable. The swimming pools and the private beach were simply the best—beautiful, clean, and safe, with incredibly comfortable sun beds that made relaxing so easy. A special shout-out to Mr. Bakari, who made sure our transport to the hotel was smooth and safe, and to Stephen, our driver, who not only got us there comfortably but also shared so much about the city that we felt welcomed before we even arrived. This stay was more than just a holiday—it was a memory we’ll always ❤️treasure. We had a pleasant stay at Whitesands. Great location, gorgeous beach, excellent facilities, good vibes, and amazing food. The hospitality was superb! Joel made sure any concerns we had were resolved. The staff and in particular the animation team are very kind, helpful and nice. They helped us to arrange a visit to Haller Park. Every day you can try a different cuisine, the food is very tasty, I was very impressed. The view from the balcony with swimming pool and beach is great. In the evening you can enjoy interesting shows created by the animation team.
