Staff were fantastic and extremely helpful with taxis, money transfers and suggestions for things to do. The community room was great for a game of pool and the rooftop infinity pool offered amazing views, even if a little chilly! Room was perfect for a family for a few days

exceptional stay with Luxcity hotel. we arrived 2 hours earlier than check in starts, but we had a room without problem and no additional fee for that. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Very good breakfast is included and in general the food in hotel is good. we were suggested to be met by Luxcity car at the airport. always there is a good swimming pool, gym on 24th floor. The room is big, everything is new :) and there is everything in the room we really enjoyed our stay there and now regret we stayed there for only 1 night, Really appreciate level of service in the hotel

I liked everything about the hotel, I have nothing but praise for the professionalism and curtesy of the staff, I did a lot of research for booking my holiday in Phnom Penh as this was my first visit. I most certainly made the right choice. The room was amazing with a wonderful view of the pool and Royal Palace exactly as advertised. The breakfast was exceptional with choices to suit any palate. The pool was fantastic and maintained to a very high standard, there are too many positives to list. This will not be my last stay at the Palace Gate Hotel and would highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic resort in the Phnom Penh city center. Although in the middle of the big city, you feel like you are in the middle of the tropical forest. Rooms are large and clean, service was impeccable, breakfast was wonderful, WIFI was working well. Stuff was very polite and helpful, overall service was amazing. You cannot get better deal in Phnom Penh than this one. Highly recommended!

Easily one of the best hotels in Phnom Penh city. From the vibrant interior design to the comfortable bed, everything in Tribe says detail-attentiveness. The staffs are always friendly and helpful. The space is cozy, fresh and always smell so good. Their rooftop bar, Hemisphere, offers great selections of food, tapas and cocktails with a very nice open-air ambience on the outside terrace. Overall, I love my stay here and will definitely come back :)

- Deluxe Twin room (2nd floor) had great views and was spacious - Staff was super nice and helpful - Pool is beautiful and has nice views as well - All super clean - Location of the hotel is great!! We could actually walk to a lot of things we wanted to see during our time in Phnom Penh!
