Loved my stay at The Jungle so much. The property is beautiful with a lovely pool that is perfect for relaxing by and cooling off after a day at the temples. Mr Phat and all his staff are so friendly and accommodating, and immediately help you, if needed. I booked the temple tours through the hotel and everything was super efficient, from the TukTuk driver who gave me water and a cold towel after every temple, to my incredible guide Sot Ra (Sara) who taught me so much about the history. The hotel is also a short walk to the center of Siem Reap but away from all the noise! Highly recommend!

Everything ! Our stay was perfect from the beginning to the end. The comfort of the room, the amiability and kindness of the personal, pool, restaurant and the calm of the location. Even if we need to walk 20 minutes to go to the city center, the area is very safe. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will come back here without a doubt if I come back. Everything, except the location. It was a bit out of town but the hotel offered their own tuk tuk into town. Lovely room, with excellent balcony. Exceptionally helpful staff who went out of their way to be helpful. Booked the tuk tuk to round the temples and he was excellent. Very good value and a really pleasant 4 day stay.

Located close to Angkor Wat and with complimentary transport to the airport and the city center, Shintana is a wonderful place, with a large pool, very classy spa (also partly complimentary) and top services, such as included laundry. Steven, our personal assistent was very friendly and helpful. The Cabana room has the best best bathroom. Truely a hotel worth its rating.

Perfect location 10 min walk from the town. Staff were great pool is amazing overall a great place to stay. Tuk tuk drivers always available outside the hotel and not pushy at all. Air-conditioning it 5☆ March 2023

Fabulous hotel with the most kind and helpful staff. The staff really helped to make my stay a perfect one. The bar and restaurant are under renovation but I had my breakfast and dinner outside my room on the balcony overlooking one of the two pools. Beautiful and quiet location only a 5 or so minute tuk tuk ride into the center (foc going in and USD2 to return) I highly recommend this lovely hotel.
