Absolutely love this place! We are visiting Astana the 1st time. We travel from Canada.That was the best stay ever! Beyond our expectations! The staff, the room, the facilities were outstanding! Amazing hotel right at the center of the city. Comfortable, spacious room. I really enjoyed SPA center - took the Elemis ritual with hammam, it was splendid. I would totally recommend the hotel and its service.

The rooms were enormous and immaculately furnished. The staff were amazing. Loved the shopping mall attached to the hotel. The gym and Spa were the best I’ve ever experienced and I’ve stayed in a lot of 5 star over the years.

We love Rixos Hotels in Dubai, Almaty and Aktau but never stayed in the one in Astana. Loved this hotel as well. Got upgraded this time around and loved the presidential suite. + lovely ladies at the reception especially Assel who helped checking us in + cosy and comfortable beds + atmosphere and vibe of the hotel is so relaxing, quiet and friendly
