Hidden gem in the sri lanka, we received a welcome coconut and also a leaving drink. The owners are so kind!! They arranged a safari for us for 16400 rupees (54€) and it was awesome, it included a huge breakfast in the middle of yala national park. You also get a coffee/tea and bananas before the safari starts.

The architecture and the design is so tastefully done , it blends in with the environment. The staff and the service is on point, we were travelling with our 2 year old daughter. The staff collected our baby’s lactose free milk and served it back boiled punctually despite inclement weather conditions , both morning and evening. The attention to detail of our dietary requirements in all the meals is another call-out. We would love to visit here again .

We had the most magnificent stay at Hilton Yala. Everything was perfect. You could really see that the hotel was newly built, everything in the room was perfect and designed to perfection and the rooms are very spacious. The personal was also super helpful and very friendly and catered all of our wishes. We even had the chance to see an elephant only a few meters away while we were laying on the pool and he entered the property which was amazing! Would definitely go back immeadiately.

Uga chena huts were like a heaven on earth. Amazing scenery, amazing ambience , amazing eco friendly architecture , amazing team to take care of you and pamper you with attention and great food presented in Michelin star way. Perhaps the best place in Sri Lanka to have your honeymoon. A very peaceful setting with wonderful diversity of wildlife. The luxury and design of our tent was unmatched. Well worth the cost.
