I expected a room and we got a sizable apartment :) Comfortable beds, very clean in the building, tasty breakfasts on the roof. And most importantly - great and helpful staff. I will remember them as a model!

Nestled in an exceptionally quiet and peaceful neighborhood—truly rare to find—it offered the perfect setting to unwind. The kitchen was clean and fully equipped, and everything felt well cared for. The location is ideal, within walking distance of charming cafés, great restaurants, and even the Grand Souk, which gave us a real taste of the local life. The host was extremely professional and shared fantastic recommendations that helped us make the most of our stay without wasting time. The hotel is very beautiful and the design and architecture are very elegant. We requested an early check in and it was not possible, which is always a bit frustrating, especially when you’re already traveling from 3am and not feeling so well. We wanted to change into more comfortable clothes and were offered to do so in the luggage storage room - which is defending not 5 Star, especially when there are cameras installed inside that room. That was a little off, but in general the service and personal was exceptionally professional, polite and attentive. The breakfast is amazing, the location too. Unfortunately there was construction work going on in the neighbouring hotel which made it a little uncomfortable to rest by the pool restaurant. The atmosphere at night is fantastic, including candles and live music.
