Very helpful staff. It was hubby’s birthday and hotel has arranged a cake to our room. All staff in lobby wished him ‘happy birthday’. All staff are very friendly and never hesitate to suggest places of interest, when asked. We are very happy with all staff, especially Mr Iqmal who attended to us, during our check-in.

By far the best hotel in Penang. Extremely clean, fabulous staff, fabulous pool, excellent location. I've been away for month and stayed at over 10 hotels but the G Hotels gurney gets 10+ stars. Thanks once again for a fabulous stay. Will see you again next year.

    Conviently located next to a shopping mall which has a good variety of food in the food courts. Despite the location, it was not noisy. The room was very spacious with facilities for making drinks. The fridge was filled with free soft drinks. Good variety at breakfast. Comfortable beds. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Access to hotel facilities like quiet areas to relax, gym and bar is good. I had a very enjoyable and relaxed time at this hotel.

    Our room was spacious and very comfortable with magnificent views over the Straits of Malacca. Loved the his and her bathroom basins for that extra touch of luxury. Breakfast and dinner in Sarkies buffet was really very special. All staff were friendly and welcoming to make our stay truly memorable.

    Grand hotel that makes you feel a million miles away from everyday life. Beautiful, spacious rooms in the victory annexe with your own balcony with ocean views. Infinity pool was relaxing with plenty of deck chairs and good cover from the sun. Staff great. Breakfast options were vast with Indian, Chinese, Malaysian, Japanese options and enough western choices

    the room was very spacious and clean, managed to get an early check in which was a life saver after an early flight. LOVED the breakfast buffet especially the char kway teow and roti prata stations. gym was large and had views of the sea. staff at breakfast and doormen were always attentive and friendly. massage at the spa was very good. also loved the little shop at the lobby.
