Didnt take the breakfast in my package. The location is very good as it above Imago. Easy accessible to Grab too. The room is new and clean. the facilities provided are all excellent, A-class facilities like the new kettle as well as the dyson hairdryer. Water was given everyday as well as the pantry refill.

I have been travelling for 3 years and this place was exceptional and probably the nicest place I’ve stayed. The rooms and whole place is beautifully decorated and the hotel sits amongst a spa. They also have a restaurant attached. The place is family run and you could really tell how much thought and effort everyone put into making the place what it is! Everything is perfect. Although it is located a bit further out the city don’t let it put you off because you feel like you are in paradise inside. I got a massage done, which included a sit down with the doctor to tailor the massage to my health and wellbeing :) Staff are amazing and really kind too. A big thank you to all the staff for making it an amazing stay and especially to Fara for all your help :)

The staff is amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they were all really friendly. Special mention to chef Oliver, Connie, Jumiati and the rest of the staff in Café Tatu; Norman and the staff in the Horizon Lounge (top, top breakfast). It seems a little unfair to pick those out as every single staff member we encountered was exemplary at every level but we had the most interaction with them. Very well done to everyone. We will definitely be back!!

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy homestay in Sutera Avenue, Kota Kinabalu! The unit is spacious and perfect for both families and small groups, featuring two comfortable queen beds, a bright living room, and a well-equipped kitchenette that made it easy to prepare light meals. can enjoy the swimming pool with a nice city view and a gym for a quick workout. The property itself is very convenient, with restaurants, cafés, a Chagee outlet, and a Chunk & Dunk Diner just downstairs. There’s even a convenience store within the building. The location is excellent — just a short drive to Imago Shopping Mall, and the airport. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Kota Kinabalu! 🌴✨
