Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

The team at the Peridot at One World Hotel Petaling Jaya were outstanding. Kavi, Biana, Charles and Sam were so welcoming and genuinely nice. They deserve the Platinum Class in hospitality and tourism. My husband and I were treated with kindness and actually felt like we were part of the One World Hotel PJ family. We cannot thank them enough for the wonderful time we had. We will be back and are still talking about them. We miss them and are forever grateful to them. Arul from concierge and Rahman were so helpful. Also the Indian Food team at the Cinnamon lounge breakfast who makes amazing Apom!

Amazing property in the heart of PJ Uptown, offering above average value for money, with very spacious and exceptionally clean rooms/apartments. The decor is very contemporary and the feel is very comfortable on a 4-5* level. The hotel is located in one of KL's best shopping malls, while the Uptown area offers a huge variety of amazing food for all budgets, from stalls to fine dining. They also offer free parking. I would gladly stay here again, particularly on a business visit.
