Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

The staff mainly :) they were exceptionally friendly and helpful whilst I was recovering. 10/10 for customer service!! When the new train line is working it will be even better for city access. Facilities are great although I couldn’t use them.
