A very nice hotel/house in a lovely little town, well worth a visit for tourists. The hotel is decorated with various local maps from different centuries. Our rooms were very clean with nice views from the windows. Parking near the hotel is free on Sundays. The hotel also provides instructions on where to park and where to eat. Much respect to the hotel owners for such good hotel services.

This bed and breakfast is set in a former doctor’s home in the old town of Middelburg. B&B ‘t Poorthuys offers free Wi-Fi and bicycle rental for a surcharge, subject to availability.

Breakfast was excellent. The overall style and decoration, look and feel of the B&B. Jeanine was very helpfull, getting the bikes into the safe basement and very nice.

Beautiful, new, small house for a small family! The house has everything you need for a comfortable life! Despite the reviews of previous vacationers, it didn't take us much time to heat the sauna and jacuzzi, two bundles of firewood were enough for everything! I highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation!

The location was super with facilities around 6 mins drive for supermarkets and a little more for restaurants. Very close to the sea and oyster and mussels farms. The sauna and bathtub they can be really hot as we like it. In the property you’ll find anything you’ll need (recommended also for families with kids. The house has own kitchen with all the equipment’s to cook and eat. Everything is explained properly in the host book.
