We had a wonderful stay - the bed was very large and comfortable. The toilet and shower facilities were modern and luxurious. We had great views of the river and mountains from our room. We requested a crib, and the crib provided was very clean, and we appreciated that special bedding was provided. The staff were excellent - they met us at the train station and assisted with our luggage, and gave us good and clear advice on how to obtain entrance tickets to Machu Picchu as we had forgotten to purchase them in advance.

We loved absolutely everything. We were escorted from the train station to the hotel by a hotel staff member, who kindly helped us with our luggage. The hotel is wonderfully located just 100 meters from the train station. We were welcomed with a local drink at reception. After quick formalities, we enjoyed our wonderful room with a stunning view of the mountains and river. The next day's breakfast was perfectly organized. The chef will prepare any type of eggs you like, and the variety of food won't leave you hungry. Tip: Rooms on the other side—not facing the river—can be noisy due to constant train maneuvers.

The staff is amazing. Mr. Pedro and the team were Very helpful and kind. The property is located in a prime location, close to the markets, bus stop for Machu Picchu, and gives you all the facilities you need. The room was very clean and comfortable. Perfect to travel with elderly and kids.

Excellent hotel with superb staff. We didn't book tickets for Machu Picchu but the hotel staff helped us navigate the very complex system to buy tickets and we had a fantastic stay overall. Reception and dining staff were always trying to make us feel welcome and were simply amazing.

The host is very friendly and attentive. The river was flowing close under the window, which creates a fine relaxing atmosphere. The view is beyond comparison. Would stay there again definitely.
