I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal. The ladies at the reception were incredibly kind and friendly—always a pleasure to have a nice chat with them. The room was warm and cozy, with a TV that had all my favorite programs. The beds were very comfortable as well. The bathroom had a large bathtub, and I bought some bath salts to fully enjoy a relaxing soak. And of course, a special mention to Ms. Agata—such a lovely and charming person. I’ll be coming back to Gliwice in January, and I will definitely book a room at Hotel Royal again!

Our apartment had a wonderful huge terrace that i was not even aware. Parking was free and underground. Breakfast time was short, but yet again its not really important.

Everything was great. Check in was fast, room is spacious and clean. We had 0.5 bottles of water for each guest and tea/coffee. Bathroom overall was okay. Breakfast is tasty and fresh with a big variety of food. You can even do a fresh orange juice. We stayed only for 1 night because of the concert, so it was okay. But price a bit high as for 3* hotel. Also location - it’s far from train station, so we had to take a taxi.

Our stay at the Seven Hotel Bytom was simply outstanding and deserves a full 10-star rating. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the check-in process was smooth and professional. The combination of modern design and high comfort made our stay particularly pleasant. The view from the roof was breathtaking and offered a spectacular panorama. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was also very good. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations. Every dish was a delight and was prepared with great attention to detail. The location of the hotel was also ideal. Attractions, shopping opportunities, and cultural highlights were easily accessible, which further enriched our stay. Overall, the Seven Hotel Bytom exceeded our expectations in every way. We recommend this hotel without any reservations and are already looking forward to our next visit. A truly perfect stay!

Location for our purpose was perfect very clean and the food at the restaurant was amazing. The gym is really small. The staff was very helpful.
