The location was just slightly outside the old town but a very easy walk to the centre. We were upgaded and the room was spacious and clean. It would have been great to stay longer.

Beautiful hotel, professional services, staff at the highest level. The rooms are spacious and clean. Spa and more than great. Parking provided, dogs allowed. Peaceful and quiet with excellent sound insulation. About 3 km away from the old town but great at least for us for pleasant walks and getting to know Krakow. All in all perfect
