It was very relaxing and you could really disconnect. The spa and breakfast were great. Also we did the daily yoga classes which were brilliant.

We liked: • The spaciousness of the place. • The decor and style in main hotel building. • Friendly attitudes of most staff • They ordered us flowers 💐 when we asked. • Surrounding nature is beautiful and perfect if you want away from civilization. • Sauna high quality • Lovely breakfasts • Great fireplace in the bar 🍸 👏 • Really nice little boutique clothes shop. • The Nepalese house keeping team are ace. • Front of house staff are always ready to help.

Everything, the food, the bed, the staff, the breakfast, the pool, the sauna, the details in the room left in your room. The best place to relax.

It’s clear that attention has been paid to details of the design and decor. It’s beautiful. Spacious room. Excellent service. Clean. Great breakfast spread. Love that you can access the sauna, steam room and areas in the spa at no additional cost. Well worth the cost.

Beatufiul and spacious rooms, with a great outdoor space to relax and read. Very good breakfast and comfortable pool area. Relaxing location with lots of green around.

What a wonderful place! The staff was fantastic, the room was very spacious & clean with many amenities. The grounds are beautiful. The massage we had at the span was the best. We loved the Turkish steam room, cold plunge, sauna, indoor pool. The outdoor pool was beautiful but it was too cold & windy for us to use it. The breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel is very cleverly designed - giving a feeling of relaxed luxury. Although modern it does blend into the beautiful surroundings. We had a great walk from hotel to Praia do Canal, then Arrifana for lunch, and back to hotel. It was good to just leave car in the car park for two days. The staff was exceptionally pleasant, helpful and professional. We spent a very relaxing time in the spa, and very much enjoyed our massages. We ate well in the restaurant, the chocolate dessert well worth the calories.
