Kindness and courtesy of the staff. Interior design warm and welcoming. A class superior room received for free at the check in. The room has been found convenient and comfortable. The breakfast could be defined complete and very satisfactory for every need. Wifi perfect. Air conditioning in the room working very well and silently. There are no words to describe how a laid-back atmosphere the hotel is. Everything is superb. This hotel is very lucky to have such friendly and attentive staff. They are genuinely so great. The rooms are fabulous. A late check out was generously given to me. The swimming cool is very cosy, which really makes you feel out of stress. Whatever I say is not enough to explain how lovely this hotel and its staff are.
