Exceptional hotel. Service 10/10. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I arranged balloons and a cake for my partners birthday and the hotel provided a free sparking wine. Staff were very attentive. We booked treatment at the spa and were able to use the facilities which were great.

We were able to eat breakfast until 10 o'clock, and although we were a little late, we were able to eat breakfast late thanks to the friendly consideration of the staff. Every single staff member is friendly.

We loved everything about it!! Wonderful location with sea view, lovely pool and beautiful surroundings. The food was organic and delicious, we only had dinner at the hotel because of the good food. And the staff was super kind and helpful. So we can absolutely recommend this beautiful hotel to anybody who wants a dream stay at Madeira.
