We stayed in the maisonette during our stay and the room was great with an absolutely Incredible view you'd be hard pressed to find elsewhere. All of the staff were exceptional and incredibly friendly (Especially Thiago from maintenance!). We generally like to be left to ourselves and although further services were offered by the hotel, we really appreciated the privacy offered and the non-intrusive nature of everything during our stay, although any requests we did have were handled perfectly. The "Le Petit Prince" package for our baby they had in our room on arrival was an also really nice gesture. We've stayed at many nice hotels across Europe, but this has definitely been our favourite and we'll definitely be staying here on our next trip to Porto!

The hotel had a lovely contemporary feel and the staff were very attentive. The location was perfect as it was close to all the sights without being isolated. Breakfast was suitable for all tastes and a wide variety available.
