Everything was perfect : a new, wonderful ,calm and clean hotel with everything you need. Good location, friendly and polite stuff . Cecilia is simply incredible. It is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed (and I travel a lot!) . Exceptionally high quality antique and modern furniture, carpets, bedding,robes , outdoor furniture etc... and entire place decoration! It feels chic and classy but at the same time gives a very warm and comfortable feeling. I don't have enough words to express how beautiful and taken care by the staff I had felt as well- they hospitality training is well above 5 stars hotels !!! Breakfast was to die for ! ....I feel I could go on and on talking about this beautiful place! A must to visit if one wants to feel pampered 🤩😍🥰🙏

It was our fifth time at this hotel. We always choose this hotel due to its excellent quality and perfect location. Rooms are very comfortable and cozy. Breakfast buffet is perfect and of excellent quality products. Personal staff are very charming and helpful.

We arrived late & tired. Host met us on the curb, and was most helpful, attentive and informative. House is immaculate and interesting. Would be well suited to a family visit. (Kids will like lofty secondary beds, I guess) Comfortable all around. We loved the back patio with traditional outdoor Azorian kitchen with wood oven and cooker. Host made a bunch of good suggestions for food, etc. Not a complaint, but it's a little out of the way. We quite liked the neighborhood. Makes for a quiet pleasant stay, but not much going on in the immediate vicinity, if that's important to you. While we could have walked, we ended up driving to old Angra. (Easy parking, free parking there). Angra was our favorite town in the Azores.
