The location (we had a party close by), the facilities, very spacious for a family of 5. The kids enjoyed the jacuzzi in the morning. Jovana was more than helpful and very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Royal Wellness and Spa: Very friendly staff frequently asking about our needs and experience, very clean facilities, internet working flawlessly, great value for money, excellent location (in the center of the town). Last but not least - the hotel was opened only in June 2023 so the mattresses are of excellent quality, we slept really well :)

Beautiful place and not even finished yet with all planed setup. Stuff is more than pleasant and making sure we have great stay, room is clean and comfortable, nature is amazing and you will have everything you need for perfect vacation in one place. There is spa as part of hotel, city pool just across, playing with all kinds of animals, walking around in the woods and beside the lake. Just perfect! 🥰 Will be back for sure!

I got all information at reception. Wifi was ok. The room nice and clean. There was air condition and worked well. Breakfast was good. I could find what I wanted to eat. I got good cappuccino as well. The hotel staff was really nice and open for my questions.
