Super friendly and helpful staff both at the reception of the residence and in the spa complex, very clean, warm and cozy room, comfortable bed, clean and crisp towels, the room has a coffee machine with filled water and capsules for it. We liked the spa complex, it’s not so crowded on weekdays, clean water, good variety of saunas. Breakfast was for an additional fee (1200 rsd/person) in the hotel building, but we were satisfied, there were a wide variety of delicious food and drinks for every taste.

We had a wonderful stay! The welcome note, drinks, and macaroons were such a thoughtful touch and made us feel instantly at home. The buffet breakfast offered an impressive selection of fresh, delicious dishes. We also enjoyed the French cuisine themed dinner -great food and excellent local wine. The spa and thermal water pool were a highlight as well - clean, relaxing, and very well maintained, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Throughout our stay, the staff were consistently helpful and polite, offering great recommendations for local landmarks. We will definitely be coming back again!

Nice spacious apartment, newly renovated and clean. Breakfast was included - eggs, bread, cold cuts and cheese were provided in the kitchen as well as some ready to eat porridge. The host was very nice and left us two bottles of wine as a welcoming gift. There are two separate bedrooms, one bathroom with a bathtub is in one of the rooms and one bathroom in the common area. We also ordered massages, they were very good and relaxing, the masseur came to the apartment with all equipment. There are some small grocery shops nearby, as well as few local restaurants. From the pictures we thought that there was hamam in the spa area, it turned out to be a salt room. Sauna and jacuzzi were great. Outdoors swimming pool was closed in April, but it should be nice in summer.
