My stay at Hotel La Menara was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful ambiance, the exquisite decor, and the warm hospitality of the staff. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the hammam experience, which left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The breakfast was another standout, offering a delightful spread that catered to all tastes. My only regret? Not booking more than one night! If you're planning a trip to Tunis, I highly recommend making Hotel La Menara a part of your journey. It’s a gem that should not be missed!

Client service: Exceptional client service.I was not happy with my first booked suite. The reception staff kindly changed it immediately and upgraded me to a better suite. My trip plans changed after the first night stay. Hotel management staff, Ms.Marwa, was very understanding and modified my booking accordingly without any issues. Suite: My suite was clean and spacious. Was happy with the comfy king size bed, kitchenette and the large living area with flat screen TV. Wifi internet was strong and the two TVs in the suites were both equipped with android boxes to watch Netflix and YouTube. Room service: I ordered dinner and was happy with the quality of food. Clean, tasty and good portion. Location: close to many Cafés and restaurants in the lac II area. Thank you to staff and management at ADAM hotel suites and special thanks to Ms.Marwa at the front desk who made sure everything was great. Will definitely come back soon and stay longer to enjoy the accommodation.

I recently stayed with my family for four days at the Four Seasons Hotel. Initially, I was a bit skeptical due to some negative reviews I found online, which made me somewhat uncertain. However, I was specifically looking for a 5-star hotel in the area and decided to give it a chance. I must say that I do not entirely agree with those negative reviews, as I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience, from the service to the overall stay. Everything from check-in to check-out, from the room to the pool area, was exceptional. The room was consistently clean and was cleaned daily. I would like to extend my special thanks to Monia from the housekeeping team, who proactively approached us to ask if the room met our expectations and if there were any issues we noticed that could be addressed. Although we didn’t find any issues, I appreciated her attentiveness and forward-thinking attitude. This level of care is something I truly value and must highlight. A heartfelt thank you for that. I also want to commend the reception staff, especially Safa, for their excellent service, from the booking process to check-in and check-out. The team is very attentive and forward-thinking, which is exactly what one expects from a 5-star hotel. Having stayed at numerous hotels across Europe, I can confidently say that the service here meets the high standards one expects from a 5-star establishment. I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service, which I gladly recommend to others. This is not my first stay here, and I will definitely return with great pleasure, as I was very positively surprised. During check-in, we found a small gift for our child, which was a sweet gesture with cookies and a sweet name tag. I also received a small birthday cake, which was very thoughtful. Some reviews mentioned that the hotel is pricey, but I believe the service you receive is worth the cost. I find it completely fair and not overpriced at all.

Nice hotel with traditional style right in the core of beautiful Sidi Bou Said. Nice pool and breakfast. I have stayed there twice and been very satisfied. Next time I'll book the hammam and massage at the beginning of the stay.

Charming little boutique guest house a short walk from the main drag of Sidi Bou Said. Stylish design and rooms. Helpful multilingual staff, who you can WhatsApp with any questions or to arrange taxis etc. Small but delicious breakfast buffet included with eggs cooked on request, and figs were a highlight on one of the days. Small spa in basement (although did not use), and roof terrace with views to the sea.

Fabulous hotel, can’t recommend it highly enough. Facilities are great, breakfast is amazing quality and with lots of options. The pools and spa are such a bonus, and having access to the kitchen if you need it is a lovely touch. Best of all is the staff - so kind and helpful and happy to go above and beyond. I’d definitely go back again.
