This hotel is very nice. Interior is very interesting - each room and staircase is different. Staiing in different rooms is an attraction itself. Two terraces available for the guests. Staff is very nice, patient and helpful. They were very proactive once they knew my child's birthday was during the stay. They offered to buy a birthday cake, sang a "happy birthday" song and flexibly organised a camel safari as a suprise gift. Hotel has travel agency so it can offer attractions like camel / horse safari, etc. They inform you about attractions once you book a room or ask a question. Street parking is free but in case of many guests with cars it could be a challenge. Breakfast is tasty, many options of side dishes. Main dish is ordered by "À la carte" principle

Location is superb, rooms were comfortable and provided everything you might need for a stay. Even we arrived late (after 10PM), we were able to have nice dinner and bar was open till 2AM. Breakfast had lots of variety of food, all fresh and delicious. Overall hotel did exceed my expectations and would definitely choose it again for another stay.

We had an unforgettable experience at Be Still Alexa Smart Luxury Escape Adults Only! The place is absolutely gorgeous, a real corner of heaven where we felt pampered and relaxed. The resort impresses with attention to detail, the elegance of the decor and the soothing atmosphere. The staff are wonderful – always kind, smiling and willing to do anything to make our stay perfect. We want to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for the care and warmth with which they welcomed us! A detail that completely conquered us was the HOP puppy – an adorable presence that brought a lot of joy, especially to Andrei, who loved him enormously. Everything was up to the highest standards. Although there were signs that the hotel is new and just getting up to speed, our stay there (5 days) was incredible. The Front Office Manager, Kenan Biyik, is a seasoned professional of the highest degree, and his team (Efe, Barat, and Hussain, amongst others) are a bunch of young, serious pros. The room was incredible, and unbelievably clean, the Spa and indoor pool amazing, and the food... well, let's just say you'll have to try it (the hotel's breakfast buffet is one to remember). Special mention to the one-day private tour, arranged by the hotel, and our incredible Spanish-speaking guide, Emrah Anli. Completely amazing experience. In conclusion: 10/10.

The property had everything you wanted and more, the pictures they have on the website and advertisements don’t do this place justice it really is a case see it to believe it, staff went above and beyond with everything, good and standards were great and you were never too far away from any attraction, they organised taxis and even rang for notice when being collected for hours. I can’t recommend this place enough
