The staff (esp. Dawud) went above and beyond for our fairly complex needs. They arranged transportation, a wheelchair rental and even lent us his transit pass for the day. It's located very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. Tons of restaurants, etc. very close by.

The staff are all nice and efficient. We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 in the morning. Even before check in, they kindly offered us breakfast. The Location is great. A minute walk to the metro station. Easy access to Taksim square. Walkable distance to Grand Bazaar, Aya Sophia and Blue mosque. Nice room and shower!

We stayed only one night on a stopover, and the hotel staff allowed us to leave our luggage with them after checkout, before our evening flight. Aydin was very helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great.

The staff made us feel very welcome. We had a clean room with a balcony with a view. The hotel is also equipped with a lift. They provided us complimentary fruits. The room was a little bit small but it did not bother us. The included breakfast was across the street and was abundant. Everything worked well, and the staff was very thoughful. At the end of our two night stay, they gave us a gift as a thank you for choosing their hotel.
