What was not to like, good location although suggest scooter is a must, they hire them for less than 100k VND. The place is very clean, Can on reception who manages the place with his mum are awesome, friendly and super helpful. You do need google translate but they use it very well. Breakfast is basic but more than enough and for the price is amazing. Am sure if I asked for anything they would have sorted it but we just went with the flow. Cannot recommend this place enough , hot water , firm but comfortable bed with quiet aircon and or fan. Nice pool area and free pool and table tennis. Easy to get around island on scooters from here.

The staff, particularly Jay took excellent care of us. He provided us with spot-on information and helped us book tours, taxis etc - our stay would not have been as great without him! Big recommendation and excellent value for money. The location is great - especially since the sea front is “gone” due to a brutal real estate project in the bay :( , but Jay recommended tours how to get to the nice places.

The hotel is new and has a large bed. They let us store our large bags on the first floor before check-in time. They also gave me advice for the trekking trip to Cat Ba National Park organized by the hotel.

A beautiful, clean hotel with professional service. The 15th floor offers a spectacular bay view. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and the pho was amazing! The one-day Lan Ha Bay tour, including the bioluminescent plankton experience and a visit to Viet Hai Village, made the trip truly meaningful. Huge thanks to the dedicated team — Trang, Quynh, Tien, and Ms. Thoa — truly exceptional service!

Very nice room with a beautiful view. I came to relax for a couple of days and this was the perfect spot. It was quiet, far away enough from the building work. But close enough to walk to some nice restaurants.

clean room without smell, nice staff. shower could do with better care. only the minibar was disturbing - noisy. you can hear the neighbors' chairs being pushed around, but nothing major. the room photos correspond to reality. breakfasts are bland, but for me it's not a big problem.
