JapanI just had a 2 days and 1 night trip on the Calista Cruise Ha Long Bay, and I was truly impressed. The cruise ship is brand new, and every area, from the rooms to the restaurant and pool, is very clean and has a pleasant fragrance. The biggest highlight is the staff here; everyone is extremely enthusiastic, friendly, and welcoming. They are always ready to assist me, which made me feel at home. The food is delicious, diverse, and served with great attention to detail. The sunset party on the deck was unforgettable, with a romantic atmosphere. It was an amazing experience. Thank you Calista team!

The programme from when you get on the cruise till you get off, is action-packed and fulfilling. There is enough food being served and the cruise is well-catered for. The timings are great too.

New ZealandI went on a 3-day, 2-night cruise, and it was absolutely incredible. The boat is super luxurious, the food is fantastic, the pool is warm, and the sundeck offers a wonderful happy hour. This is by far the best cruise to experience in Ha Long Bay. Duck, our waiter, was outstanding, and the entire crew was exceptional.
I am a hotel operator myself, and the attention to detail is A+

Our room has the best ocean view. Staff are professional , friendly and very helpful. Room is nice and clean and amenities are replenished every day. Bed is very comfortable.
