This Hotel exceeded my expectations and it has everything you need, all in one place. I got the room I booked. The staff were friendly, check-in process easy and quick. It has a restaurant with amazing food and drinks (Western and local options - and so many options) and a great vibe, and a spa that offers massages/hair wash/nail services... The room I got was spacious, had an amazing view of the ocean and a little balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea.. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. A lot of natural light and black-out curtains. The bed and pillows were the best I have experienced while travelling. A few TV channels to choose from (but not the best image quality). The bathroom was great, equipped with everything you need - adjustable shower head, spacious, warm water and great water pressure. Hairdryer also supplied. Free coffee and tea was supplied with glasses, cups, spoons and a kettle. There is a mini fridge and extra drinks, but at a charge. There is a lovely swimming pool with beds and loungers where you can relax. Quiet, peaceful and close to the ocean, restaurants and beach bars. Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. Wifi was great too. Staying here, you don't ever have to leave the premise. :)

Receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Resort was huge and luxurious. Room was clean, spacious and had an amazing view of the pool and sea. Resort was in a more remote location which we liked as it was very peaceful and quiet. Overall, we had an amazing stay! Best stay of our 3-week Vietnam trip.

The gardens are stunning, the landscaping. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly with excellent communication skills. The room had an lovely view over the gardens and sea, with a lovely big balcony. The spa treatments were among the best ever had. The food on the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner delicious. Breakfast choices very big. When there was a small maintenance issue it was dealt with immediately and efficiently. The restaurant position is fabulous looking out across the sea. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The place is absolutely fantastic. The staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the location is perfect – close to everything you need. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Definitely 10/10, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mui Ne!
