Excellent location. Staff were super friendly and accomodating. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the staff suprised us with a treat when we arrived and when we were leaving. Breakfast was very good so the a wide variety of choices.

I have to specifically praise Lyn, she has helped us so much. Because of the flood in Hue and Hoi an, we had to cut that part out and extend our stay in Hanoi. She went out of her way to help us look for a stay (as their place was already fully booked). She also recommended what we could do in those extra days in Hanoi. I just can't thank her enough.
