This is a lovely hotel (the lobby is amazing, so as the internal garden) with a big swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished, with very comfortable beds, the breakfast was excellent. Upon arrival we were offered a free upgrade and were given a bungalow with a private balcony, a view to a garden and direct access to the swimming pool. We had an issue with a shower and it was immediately fixed once reported. The staff is extremely helpful and efficient. The hotel is located a bit outside the town, but it is close to some attractions. This was not a problem for us as we rented a scooter (arranged by the hotel).

One of best hotels I’ve been in Vietnam. Starting, of course, by the staff, whom were extremely kind and helpful, helping us in every possible way. Our room was huge, with an amazing view of river, a bed that needs a GPS to find the exit, a tub with a view of the river, a very comfy balcony and a shower with no problem on hot water(which is very common in Vietnam). They offer a lot of services, like laundry, motorbike rental, massagem, pool and a few others, but the restaurant also deserves a compliment for the dishes served.

Property was in a nice, quiet and peace full area. Away from a lot of noise and has great limestone mountain views to wake up to in the mornings. The staff are really friendly and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure your stay is one to remember.

The host Nga was extremely helpful from helping us to set our itinerary. It really felt like being at home as Nga and her family is so welcoming! And they are very flexible, we could use the shower and pool after finishing our hike despite we had already checked out. They can also drive you around Ninh Binh!

We had an amazing stay at this newly opened hotel! The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. They even picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station at an incredibly early hour, which we were so grateful for. The location of the hotel is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from the busy, noisy street but far enough to ensure the hotel remains peaceful and quiet. Thank you for everything! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming, cozy stay.

Very good home stay, Thai met us on arrival and helped us with checking in, arranging breakfast and transport for local attractions and also transport to return to Hanoi. this is an excellent location near to all local attractions . We also borrowed bikes and cycled around local area.
