All facilities working well. Excellent water pressure in the shower, good modern AC, and a comfortable bed. The room is quiet - we didn’t hear any traffic noise at all. Staff at reception were very helpful and even let us use the printer for printing visas for our flight.

I have been to all around the world, but never experienced such a lovely treatment as here in Hanoi Aria Central Hotel. The staff, family, is absolutely lovely and ALWAYS there for you. The room was always clean. In the morning you were welcomed with a little snack and water...and warm greetings from all the staff. We checked out early and there was no problem with it and we also get a ride to airport. As I am saying, this has to be the best stay I have ever had in the world.

Great experience! Thank you to all the staff for their excellent hospitality. We are a group of 3, traveled to Hanoi during rainy day. The staff made us feel I’m better with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. We were craving food at midnight, and they kindly managed to order some for us. This made me feel like I was at home, not just in a hotel. The room was thoroughly cleaned, the new pillows and blankets were very comfortable.
