Our stay at The Marine Hermanus was truly exceptional. The hotel is elegant and beautifully located, offering stunning ocean views – we were even lucky enough to watch whales right from our room, which made the experience unforgettable. The room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The restaurant exceeded our expectations with delicious food and excellent presentation, while the staff were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, everything was simply outstanding – from the breathtaking views and whale watching to the fine dining and world-class service. The location is WOW! The views are outstanding, and the hotel is so central. The seating area and pool is beautiful. The reception area is full of character. Our room exceeded all expectations! Beautiful balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. A woodfire heated hot tub (fabulous), the room was really big, exceptionally clean, smart tv, fridge, beautiful free-standing bath in the room with bath salts. It was truly gorgeous. Loved it. Staff at reception were beyond helpful! So informative about local tours etc and even rang and booked dinners for us when we were dining elsewhere.
